PAYMENT OPTIONS
You will have two options for payment (more coming soon):
- Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX)
- Apple Payments
You will be charged immediately upon placing your order. Additional or forgotten items cannot be added onto an order as this would result in unwanted charges. If you forget items in your order, you will need to place an additional order which will include a separate shipping cost.
PROCESSING OUTLINE
Processing speed varies based on the size of the order and the stock/assembly required. Consider the following as a general guideline for all orders:
- Shirts Only – Processed within 2 to 3 Days
- Paperwork Only – Processed within 2 to 3 Days
- Paperwork & Shirts – Processed within 2 to 3 Days
- Equipment Only – Processed within 2 to 3 Days
- Equipment, Shirts, and Paperwork – Processed within 2 to 4 Days
- Equipment Kits and additional items – Processed within 2 to 5 Days
Items are only shipped on business days (Monday-Friday). All of the timelines above refer to business days only. If any items are on BACKORDER they WILL NOT ship within the same timelines.
Packages shipped through USPS Priority Mail – 2 to 4 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS
Your shipping will be automatically calculated through USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order.
Pending on the day the package is picked up, actual shipping time varies between 2-3 business days.
You will receive an e-mail notification that your order has shipped along with tracking information after it ships out. You will have the option to receive text alerts for your tracking information (text rates per carrier apply).
Same day or expedited shipping is an ADDITIONAL cost! (same day service is not available after 2pm ET, nor on Saturday or Sunday).
INSURANCE
Insurance is available from each carrier, prices vary by what is available. In the event you have lost or damaged product as a result of the shipping carrier, you will need to file a claim with them directly.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you ever have an issue regarding your ProShop order or specific ProShop products please contact info@amazingathletes.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return items will only be excepted in new condition! Shipping cost for Return/Exchange items will be the customer’s responsibility. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
SIZING ISSUES
Once an apparel item has been ordered it cannot be returned unless there is a sizing issue (pre-order items excluded). You will have 48 hours from the date you receive your order to initiate a claim. If we do not have the size you need in stock, we will credit your account for the cost of the item.
The item you are returning must be in NEW/UNUSED condition without stains or damage. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to the ProShop.
If you have a sizing issue please initiate a return via the Amazing Athletes ProShop and include the tracking number for the return. Once your return is received, your refund will be issued. For the correct size, please place a new order in the online store. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Seasonal Apparel is non-refundable as they are custom prints with limited availability.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Generally, all Amazing Athletes ProShop equipment is non-returnable unless the items arrived damaged or are defective.
You will have 48 hours from the date you receive your order to initiate a claim to exchange your equipment or apparel due to shipping damage. If you do not contact the ProShop within this timeframe your order will be considered complete and non-refundable.
Certain defective items, such as sport balls that do not hold air, must be claimed within 2 weeks from the date of arrival (based on your tracking information).
The item you are returning must be in NEW/UNUSED condition without stains or damage. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to the Amazing Athletes ProShop.
RECKLESS USAGE
Items broken during class, regardless of the duration of use, are not the responsibility of the Amazing Athletes ProShop. These items must be replaced at the consumer's expense.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
All items purchased from a special orders/pre-order are non-refundable. All special orders/pre-order items are available in limited quantity.
MISSING ITEMS
If you feel that an item is missing from your order you must contact the ProShop within 48 hours of receiving your package. If an error has been made the missing items will be shipped to you at no additional charge with standard priority shipping. If expedited shipping is required, additional charges will apply.
SALES TAX
Sales taxes are applicable to the recipient postal address.
HANDLING CHARGE
There is a handling charge on all orders placed through the ProShop.
The charge is 3% of your total order with a minimum charge of $2.00 and a max charge of $10.00. If you place back to back orders due to a mistake, you will be subject to an additional handling charge.
PRIVACY POLICY
We only collect information from you when you purchase from our online store or register on our site. We collect this information to process your order correctly and quickly.
We do not sell, trade, share or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to also keep your information confidential. An example would be UPS, Fedex or other. We may also release your information when required by law or as requested by law enforcement, government regulation or other legitimate regulating authorities. Other circumstances where we may release your information may include where we must enforce our site policies, protect our rights or other rights, property or safety, sale of our company or other. Non-Personal visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other use.
We use your information to:
- Process an order you placed in our online store.
- Provide you with quality customer service.
- Communicate with you regarding your order.
- Communicate with you regarding new products or services we offer.
Our website used a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.
We do use cookies on our website and occasionally we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies and terms and conditions. We have no responsibility or liability for the content, conduct or activities of these third-party sites.
